Updating HPMS Contact Information


Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturer and Part D Sponsors should periodically review their HPMS contact information for accuracy and update it as needed. HPMS contact information is an important resource for CMS and the TPA and is used to disseminate important Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) related information.
 
PART D Sponsors should make sure that the “Payment Contact” person listed is correct, while Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturers should make sure that the “TPA Liaison” reflects the correct contact.
